Bryant Marshall

Managing Partner

As founding partner of P3 Commercial, Bryant brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, commercial property valuation, transaction/capital markets advisory, and real estate development. He is responsible for all development related activities and public-private partnership advisory services for P3 Commercial.

Additionally, Bryant has served a host of development partners and investors by leveraging his local market expertise and professional relationships to provide vision and creative solutions for public-private partnership initiatives. Bryant has been involved in the strategic planning, financial analysis, and development of assets exceeding $2 billion in value.

Bryant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is also an eight-year veteran of the US Army Reserve.
